Unique Valdes Peninsula
The Valdes Peninsula is located in the Province of Chubut, Patagonia in Southern Argentina. The entire Peninsula is a nature reserve and is a site of global significance for the conservation of marine mammals. It was given its world heritage site standing in 1999 due to its importance for the breeding grounds of the endangered Southern Right Whales as well as Southern Elephant Seals and Southern Sea Lions. The Orcas in the region have also adapted their hunting techniques specifically for the region’s beaches. A behaviour found solely in the Valdes Peninsula amongst all Orca populations in the world.
All our Natural Adventure trips are tailored to our client’s physical capabilities and interests so no matter your age or physical health, we can ensure you don’t miss out on witnessing these incredible sights. Your comfort has not been forgotten about either as you stay in the Peninsula’s only 4* Eco Lodge located right on the beach in Puerto Piramides.
